20 wide tents can be either frame style or pole style in lengths over 80 feet. 20 wides are great for weddings in the 20 to 60 range or
larger when only a 20 wide tent will fit. If your party is over 60 guests you may want to consider a
30 or 40 wide tent if it

The following plans are basic setups we have done many times in the past. Generally, since the dance floor is the center for
entertainment we keep the dance floor centered. Ground contour can effect the placement of seating, bars and buffet.

Since outdoor dance floors follow ground contour they are usually placed on the flattest area. Tables for seating should be placed in the
next flattest areas. Buffet, bars and DJ tables can be shimmed so they can be placed areas that are not very flat and level.
