Delivery Scheduling
Sunshine Tent & Party is very proud of its 100% delivery success. Scheduling times can be impacted by unforeseen
variables. If there is any change in delivery times we will contact you with the change.
Any special delivery needs or non-standard setup requirements must be discussed at the time of reservation. If
we have not been notified at the time of reservation of any special needs additional charges can be incurred.
For weekend events rental equipment is usually delivered on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Weddings are
usually setup on Wednesday and Thursday (weather permitting). Depending on the time of year and weather
conditions a wedding could be set up as early Tuesday and as late Friday. But this is very unusual. Occasionally, a
non-wedding party Sunday may be setup on a Saturday.
We do attempt to honor request for a specific setup day and time, but due to the many variables this is not
guaranteed. Weekend and after hour deliveries may require additional charges. Also we require notification at
the time of reservation to consider special delivery requirements.
Generally, scheduling is performed on Monday morning prior to you event. Once the schedule is finished we will
call with a delivery day and a window of time when our delivery crew will arrive. Unless other provisions have
been made, you or your representative need to be at the delivery location to take possession of the equipment
and give or crew any final details. We require a signed rental agreement before performing any work on your
property.
