We offer a basic party consultation that includes  a 1 hour meeting at our showroom at no charge. Most of our customers
have planned parties or have been involved with planning a party. With a reasonably small amount of assistance most
families can plan a great tented party without a paid party planner.

Party planing guide and tips used throughout this website also can be great resource. Our 25 years of experiences planning
and hosting parties are freely disclosed for your use.

If you feel you need to have a dedicated party plan, we suggest retaining a professional dedicated party planning service.
Many party rental services claim to offer party planning as part of their service but usually fall far short of a quality
independent professional party planning service. There is also the issue of conflict of interest having a rental company
determine your rental needs.

Your party planner should only be working for your interests and not on the payroll of a rental company!
