Standard setups

On lawn or a similar surface that has  firm staking conditions but can be staked with standard methods
such as  a   sledge hammer. (Stakes can go as deep as 40").

Fairly level surface with no obstacles or restrictions of the area of the tent plus 5 feet around the
complete tent area.

No overhead obstacles or underground restrictions.

Examples of Non-Standard Setups

Sandy soil that require additional staking.
Pavement or hardened surface that requires drilling.
Above and below ground rock ledge that requires drilling and/or lagging.
Over obstacles such a fences, gardens and decks or any other conditions that requires additional labor to
install the tent.  

Non standard setups can cost you additional expenses. If we are not made aware of these conditions
before arriving at your site we may not have the proper equipment to install your tent. If you suspect any
of these conditions notify us at the time of reservation.
