Sunshine Tent and Party uses full size pickup trucks pulling up to 21 foot landscape trailers with trailer weights of up to
10,000 pounds. This combination minimizes the possibility for lawn damage and maximises the areas we can access.

Even though we have had great success with this combination, we cannot guarantee that damage will not occur to your
lawn or any other surface. Sunshine Tent and Party will not assume any liability for damage accessing any property that
it has been approved to access. If your requiring us to access your property by a neighbors property or any other access
that you do not own, we require written permission from the owner of the property we are to traverse that includes a
waiver of liability.

If we can not get within 20 feet of the exact position of a tent or there are other obstacle such as decks, stairs, walls
and fences or any other obstacle that requires us to perform any additional work other than move equipment over a flat
clear area, additional charges may be required for the additional labor and delays.

Narrow or steep entry ways,  and access ways with tight turns can limit our access. Soft ground conditions can also
limit our access. If you have any possibility of these conditions or any other condition that may limit our access,
contact us before reserving with us.

If your access conditions change after reserving, Notify us as soon as possible. Scheduling and labor requirements can
be significantly impacted by limited access. Additional labor chargers may apply if we have not been notified of limited
access conditions at the time of reservation.

A change in access between the time of delivery and the time of pickup may require additional labor charges. Notify us
as soon as possible of any changes in pickup conditions.

Any setups in a home or banquet facility may be limited access. Alway give us all setup conditions before reserving
your equipment.
